Who we are
Signal Intelligence is an independent creator risk intelligence firm based in London, United Kingdom. We provide creator portfolio due diligence, TRACE assessments, and ongoing portfolio monitoring services to enterprise brand-side clients.

What data we collect
We collect personal data in the following circumstances:
- Enquiries and contact forms: name, company, work email address, and any information you choose to include in your message.
- Portfolio submissions: creator handle data and any associated information submitted as part of a portfolio audit request. This may include personal data relating to third-party individuals (creators).
- Newsletter subscriptions: email address and, where provided, name and organisation.
- Website analytics: anonymised usage data to understand how visitors interact with our site. We do not use advertising cookies. Basic technical cookies or third-party service cookies may be used where necessary to operate the website, newsletter forms or analytics.
How we use your data
We use personal data to:
- Respond to enquiries and deliver the services you have requested
- Send The Signal newsletter to subscribers who have opted in
- Improve our website and services
- Meet our legal and compliance obligations
We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

Creator data in portfolio assessments
Our services involve the collection and processing of publicly available information about creators and public figures. This includes publicly accessible social media content, news coverage, regulatory filings, and other open-source material. We process this data as part of our legitimate business activities in providing risk intelligence services to our clients.
Creator subjects whose information appears in a portfolio assessment may exercise rights under UK GDPR in relation to any personal data we hold about them by contacting us at the address below.
Data retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, or as required by law. Enquiry data is retained for 12 months. Client engagement data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for 6 years thereafter for legal and compliance purposes. Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe.
Third parties
We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate our business, including Google Workspace (email and document storage), Netlify (website hosting), and Beehiiv (newsletter delivery). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by appropriate data processing agreements. We do not share personal data with any other third parties except where required by law.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You may also object to processing, request restriction of processing, or withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis.
